USCIS to Host Webinar for H-1B Cap Registrants

USCIS will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. EST for H-1B Cap Registrants (petitioning employers). During this webinar, USCIS representatives will provide an instructional presentation of the H-1B electronic registration process in myUSCIS for registrants.

H-1B cap-subject petitioners, including those eligible for the advanced degree exemption, are required to first register prospective beneficiaries electronically with USCIS and pay the associated H-1B registration fee in order to enter the beneficiaries into the selection process for filing an H-1B cap-subject petition for FY 2022.

Please note that employers represented by our office should not complete the “File a registration” section as we will handle this step. Once the registrations have been prepared, we will provide employers with a representative passcode that they will be required to enter in their myUSCIS account.

To Register for the USCIS Webinar:

1. Visit the registration page

2. Enter your email address and select "Submit"

3. Select "Subscriber Preferences"

4. Select the "Event Registration" tab

5. Complete the questions and select "Submit"

Once USCIS has processed your registration for the webinar, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details.
