USCIS Reaches Fiscal Year 2024 H-1B Cap

This morning USCIS announced that they have completed the H-1B Cap selection process for FY 2024 and will not conduct a third lottery selection. We will soon start looking at next year's round of registrations (which can be filed in March). Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
