USCIS Conducts Second Random Selection for FY 2024 H-1B Cap Registrations

On July 31, 2023, USCIS completed a second random selection for FY 2024 H-1B Cap registrations. Registrants can now login to their myUSCIS account to track the status of their applications. If the case was selected, registrants will see "Selected: Selected to file an H-1B cap petition" as the status type. If the case was successfully submitted, but not randomly selected in the lottery,  the status will say "Submitted".
