USCIS Announces H-1B Cap Registration Period - FY 2023

Today, January 28, 2022, USCIS announced that the FY 2023 H-1B Cap registration period will begin on March 1st, 2022 at 12:00pm EST and close on March 18th, 2022 at 12:00pm EST. Petitioning employers (registrants) who do not already have myUSCIS accounts will be able to create them starting on February 21, 2022, at 12:00pm EST.
