H-1B Cap FY 2023 Selection Process Complete

Yesterday, USCIS announced that they had completed the H-1B Cap selection process for FY 2023. Registrants can login to their myUSCIS account to track the status of their applications. If the case was selected, registrants will see "Selected: Selected to file an H-1B cap petition" as the status type. If the case was successfully submitted, but not randomly selected in the lottery, the status will say "Submitted". We will continue to reach out to employers to inform them of the selection outcomes throughout the day.
